Carlisle ISD has been informed of a staff member and two high school students who have tested positive for COVID. The staff member was last on campus on October 23. One high school student was last on campus on October 21, and the other high school student was last on campus on October 23. The areas of the campus where these persons had contact were deep cleaned. Out of abundance of caution, we are asking all of the students and staff to continue monitoring their health, checking for symptoms, and following daily protocol.

Carlisle ISD has been informed of 2 Athletic Staff members with confirmed cases for COVID. Both staff members were last on campus on October 19, 2020. We have cleaned and sanitized the areas of the campus where the staff members had contact. Out of an abundance of caution, the Athletic Department is cancelling football practice for today, Tues. Oct. 20, 2020. This is a voluntary action made by the Athletic department only in regards to the well-being of your child. We ask that our staff and students continue monitoring their health and checking for symptoms on a regular basis. Games scheduled this week will continue as normal. Practice will resume tomorrow, Wednesday Oct. 21, 2020.

Homecoming has been rescheduled for next Friday, Oct. 23, 2020 vs. Hawkins. Listed below is the Spirit Day schedule for entire week. Tickets will be sold in the Administration building on Thursday, Oct. 22 and Friday Oct. 23 from 9am-11am. If you have any questions, please call the school. The Carlisle Lady Indian JV/V Volleyball team is playing home tomorrow (Oct. 10, 2020) vs. Big Sandy beginning at 12pm. Tickets can be purchased online through the Carlisle ISD website.

Tickets for the Varsity Football game in Frankston tomorrow night, Oct. 9, 2020 will be on sale in the Administration building from tomorrow morning 9am-11am. Tickets are standing room only. The Carlisle Varsity Football game scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2020 has been cancelled. This was scheduled to be our Homecoming. Homecoming will be rescheduled later in the season. A date will be posted when a decision is made. JH Football will play home on Thursday vs. Tatum beginning at 5pm. JV Football will play home on Thursday vs. Rusk following the JH games. Tickets can be purchased online by going to the Carlisle ISD website, click on the Menu tab, select Extra-Curricular, then select Athletics. Varsity Volleyball will play T.K. Gorman on Friday, Oct. 2 at 4:30pm at Home. Tickets are also available online.
