CISD re-established a Book Mobile Program several years ago. It is time to sign up this year. If you want the book mobile to come to your home, please fill out the form and return it to one of the school offices. It is for all CISD students who live in the district. There are books for all ages, from HeadStart through the upcoming Seniors. The objective is to help prevent summer slide by keeping our students reading whatever they choose all summer.

El CISD restableció un programa de biblioteca móvil hace varios años. Ha llegado el momento de inscribirse para este año. Si desea que la biblioteca móvil visite su domicilio, por favor complete el formulario y entréguelo en una de las oficinas escolares. Este programa está dirigido a todos los estudiantes del CISD que residen dentro del distrito.
Hay libros disponibles para todas las edades, desde el nivel de Head Start hasta los estudiantes que cursarán su último año de preparatoria. El objetivo es ayudar a prevenir la pérdida de conocimientos durante el verano, fomentando que nuestros estudiantes continúen leyendo —lo que ellos elijan— a lo largo de toda la temporada estival.

Graduation Ceremony Location Update:

Due to the threat of inclement weather, Carlisle High School Graduation for the Class of 2026 has been moved to the Rusk County Youth Expo Center in Henderson, Texas.

Date: Thursday, May 21st
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Doors Open: 6:30 p.m.

Guests attending the ceremony will enter Phillips Arena through the west entrance gates located near the main parking lot. Admission is free, and no tickets will be required.

Please note that confetti, streamers, and similar celebratory items will not be allowed inside the venue.

We look forward to celebrating this special night with our graduates, families, friends, and community members. Thank you for your continued support of the Carlisle High School Class of 2026, and we hope everyone will join us as we honor this outstanding group of seniors.

Yesterday was Administrative Assistant Day, and we celebrated Mrs. Stone at Carlisle High School!

Every day, Mrs. Stone welcomes our staff and students with a friendly smile and a steady presence. She plays such a key role in our day-to-day, and we’re so thankful for her dedication.
